12:29karolherbst: imirkin: you've added the notice of the wiki being licensed under MIT somewhere in 2013, but the wiki existed before that and it didn't had any explicit license. Do you know if there was a discussion about this before or would we have to technically do a proper "relicensing" (even though I expect nobody to mind this)?
13:47imirkin: i don't remember precisely. i seem to recall a short discussion on irc thereabouts, and "we" agreed that MIT was right. dunno who "we" were though. probably mupuf and I? maybe skeggsb (aka darktama at the time)?
13:48imirkin: probably xexaxo?
13:48karolherbst: imirkin: the issue is more.. I have no idea who started the wiki :D
13:49imirkin: no one will ever know
13:49imirkin: i deleted a bunch of it though!
13:49karolherbst: mslusarz said there was one called gajownik
13:49imirkin: before my time
13:50karolherbst: yeah... I think having a new wiki might just be the easier step here anyway :D
14:26mupuf: I can't remember anything related to licensing. I guess the earliest pages were made by marcheu and co.
14:30karolherbst: mupuf: the problem I have is, that somebody from poland made the first page
14:30karolherbst: ehh first commit
14:31karolherbst: I think at least
14:31mupuf: mwk, probably
14:32karolherbst: I already talked with mwk and mslusarz about it
14:32karolherbst: neither of them was it
14:32mupuf: Well, nothing in there remained... so ignore?
14:33karolherbst: I think our midterm plan is to create a new wiki anyway
14:33karolherbst: and I guess with that we just do it all properly
14:33mupuf: Hehe, exactly!
20:10RSpliet: What?! The whole Nouveau kernel drm driver directory has only seen 5967 commits? :O
20:11RSpliet: There's a handful of names I hadn't seen before
22:41Lyude: RSpliet: yeah, I'm hoping we'll see a lot more stuff going on with gitlab on the horizon
22:41Lyude: (also, there will finally be an easy way for me to get commits in so I can keep rolling with igt)
