11:19 armin: The certificate for bugs.freedesktop.org expired on 9/21/2024.
11:19 armin: Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE
11:19 armin: is that thing abandoned?
11:21 vyivel: > freedesktop.org Bugzilla is no longer in use.
11:21 vyivel: i think all relevant projects have already migrated all bugs to gitlab issues a long time ago
11:22 armin: that thing answers on port 443 on ipv4 but not ipv6, and if it's actually obsolete, removing those DNS entries would come to mind.
11:26 armin: I have no clue why it's being decommissioned/depublished as a whole, either, the domain is referenced on many other websites that link to bug reports that now point to a broken webserver installation...
11:37 armin: Why one would not consider linking the old bugzilla bug reports to the new corresponding GitLab issues after having migrated those is beyond me as well, but hey... :)
11:38 daniels: the ones which were migrated were linked to the GitLab issue, so yes, not only was it considered, but it was even done
11:38 daniels: I'll go fix the cert, but the IPv6 side is a network issue I'm not sure we can fix immediately
11:40 armin: daniels: Sure, was just trying to point that out, was remembering the domain name because I've seen it for many years, so seeing the webserver answer with a certificate that expired more than a month ago surprised me a little, so I thought bringing this up would come to mind...
11:40 armin: daniels: Thx for your efforts!
11:41 daniels: np
13:06 armin: daniels: Wow that was quick. <3
