X.org Board of Directors Meeting summary of Tuesday 2009-08-18.

Attending board members: Adam Jackson, Alan Coopersmith, Bart Massey,
Donnie Berkholz.

Absent board members: Daniel Stone, Carl Worth, Eric Anholt, Matthieu Herrb.

Attending non-board members: Keith Packard.

Due to little attendance, Bart decides to just list his agenda items.

He brings up Google Summer Of Code, stating that the "students are in the
final evaluation period", and "the reviews have been at least medium-positive".
Donnie suggests to have the GSoC students come to XDC, so that there also will
be some more talks on XDC. Bart agrees and adds that he still needs to put his
own talk up too.

Bart then quickly summarizes the rest; He's still waiting on Sandler <?> about
the bank transition, he hasn't done anything about the elections, and doesn't
know what Eric has done with the election software, he still needs "to bug
people about XDC hotel" reservations, and he still needs to find someone to
move "admin and technical control of x.org off of Leon".

No motions were presented in this meeting, no voting took place.
