Bart joins and wonders "Anyone else around today?", only Adam and Matthieu are
present.

Bart talks about "the X.Org Endless Vacation of Code program, as voted earlier
by the Board.", he subsequently asks for help and mentions "The last time we
tried with SoC, it didn't work so well, but I think we should give it another
try."

Matthieu then brings up the elections, Bart states "Good to see that we have
enough reasonable candidates to keep the Board full." Then the meeting is
disbanded.

No motions were presented, no voting took place.
